Meet Mrs. Lanham
Mrs. Lanham’s “Report Card”:
• Master of Science in Education from Northwestern University
• Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Colorado College
• Teaching license held in the states of California, Colorado, and Illinois
• Currently works part-time as an interventionist teacher in an elementary school
• Taught kindergarten for 3 years, and fourth grade for one year
• Spent a year providing in-class support for a hearing-impaired student
• Worked with a wide array of Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and History curricula
• During my first four years of tutoring, all of my clients met or exceeded their goals for reading, writing, and math
Mrs. Lanham’s Learners provides:
• Private tutoring for students of all ages, specializing in reading, writing, history, and math skills
• Remediation for students who need help outside the classroom
• Enrichment for students who need extension beyond the classroom
• Small group tutoring for students working on the same skill
• Teaching study skills, with a focus on time-management and self-motivating rewards
• In-class support for exceptional learners
